An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. 9kboos reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts or to close them. Cricket betting — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — is subject to the official results issued by the relevant cricket board at the conclusion of play. In the event of match abandonment, individual match bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. PSL match rules follow the official PSL regulations for reduced-over games and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments.
Where odds are published due to a technical or human error that results in a price significantly different from the true market rate, 9kboos reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This applies to all sports markets including Cricket, Football, Esports and all other events listed on the Betting section.
In-play bets are accepted subject to the live feed and data being available. There may be a short delay between a match event occurring and live markets being suspended. Bets accepted before market suspension that relate to events which have already occurred will be voided. It is the player's responsibility not to place in-play bets based on information not yet reflected in the live odds.
Maximum winnings per event, per market type and per bet are set by 9kboos and may be adjusted at any time. Any payout calculated above the maximum winnings limit will be paid at the maximum amount. Specific maximum payout limits by sport and market are available from customer support on request.
